What we are all about
The intention for these Retreats is to create uncharted experiences that empower all women by providing a space of community to learn, grow and evolve. These are seasonal yoga retreats selected with very specific focuses to guide you to becoming your fullest, most whole embodied self.
How to select your Retreat:
Browse through all of the seasons for retreats and read each description (learn more in link below.) Then, the one where you feel most out of alignment with or the most resistance to, let that one sit with you and pause. That is likely the retreat that is meant for you. That is the one you will have the most growth with by joining. This is just one way to select your Reset.
At the end of the day, any retreat you join is going to give you the space and tools to step into a more whole, full version of yourself physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Retreats & the Seasons:
Each retreat is focused on a specific season. Each season has a specific theme in our life and therefore, in our bodies. These retreats tie heavily with the philosophies of Yin Yoga, TCM, the 5 Elements, and concepts taken from Katonah Yoga. By joining a retreat you will learn more on all of this. Each season feeds into and supports the next in a continuous cyclic manner, each is a piece of a bigger, complex puzzle (that is us.) Viewing your health and wellbeing in terms of the seasons, and much more, is to live in harmony between your internal and external landscapes and to flow in accordance with the constantly changing cycles of the seasons of life.
