A program to teach you how to deepen your yoga practice

A yoga program designed to help you deepen your practice, learn more on form and names of poses, and progressions in poses.

Session 1

Foundations & mindset with progressions + current practice assessment

Session 4

Middle Yoga Poses- how to progress in common poses

Session 2

Beginning Yoga Poses- alternative poses and how to move and listen to your own body

Session 5

Balance & Standing Poses- how to progress in common poses

Session 3

Sun Salutations- how to jump forward and back

Session 6

End Yoga Poses- variations & Breathing practices


Expect the following in each 60 minute session:

  • Review from session(s) prior

  • Learn progressions in specific poses

  • Learn tools & drills to work towards progressions

  • English name of the pose + some of the sanskrit names you’ll hear 

  • Form in each pose

Let’s chat yoga!

This program is 6 sessions long, typically done 1 or 2 times per week! This can be done both virtually or in-person. Each session is 60 minutes in length!

A personal note

The practice of yoga is such a transformative practice. There is so much more than the “physical” practice which is something to be admired- yoga is a coming together physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

My hope is to help teach, empower, and build confidence in yourself so that you leave this program feeling capable of continuing your journey, joining group yoga classes, or wanting to learn even more about the practice on a more private, 1:1 basis!
