Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

The way things should be, right?

I’ve been in the wellness scene long enough to see that diversity, equality, and inclusion isn’t always found in the wellness and yoga industry.

In fact, most times we know that wellness spaces are occupied predominantly by thin, young, white, affluent and able-bodied people. ☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻
Why is that our norm?!

What does that lead to? Stress, anxiety, low self esteem, imposter syndrome…the list goes on.

Let’s try this again,
Inclusive, welcomed, accepted. This is how it is at PineappleYogi, from classes and programs to Retreats and beyond; diversity, inclusivity, and equality is what we stand by.

Ok sisters, queens- I’m calling all my ladies on this one. The above does not, I repeat, does not have to be the way. Let’s create what is right and build it together.

I am looking for a group of women of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities and fitness / wellness “levels” this coming year. Go ahead, read on.
