Spring, the season of rebirth & renewal

The Season of Spring:
Connects to the organ of our Liver
Element: Wood
Emotion: Anger
Yin Organ: Gallbladder | Yang organ: Liver

LEARN ALL ABOUT SPRING AND WHAT IT MEANS FOR US AS A WHOLE ON OUR BLOG POST HERE

Journal prompts/questions we can ask ourselves for Spring:
When faced with obstacles, do I look clearly at all options and gain perspective first?
Where am I seeking clarity or vision right now?

How to find balance or increase your Wood Element this season:
Get out in nature! Literally go into the woods, walk outside, connect to Panchamama (mother earth)

Physically:
You want to increase your Qi or blood flow. In our physical practice we do this by accessing poses that tap into the meridians stated above

On a deeper level:
When in balance with the Wood element, we will feel more connected to our dreams, vision,  kindness, and receptivity

Balanced Spring/ Wood Element looks like:
+Clear Purpose & vision
+Sense of ease + efficient stress regulation
+Strong focus
+Creativity flows
+Healthy competitiveness

Things you can do:
+Support clarity of purpose + goals by stimulating your liver meridian
+Remain unattached to any given outcome
+Grow something (ANYTHING!)
