The Monthly Reset Workshop
This is a 2 Hour Reset Workshop that happens 1x Monthly
WHAT: This workshop is meant to help us Reset at minimum one time per month. There will be yoga and meditation / breathwork practices for the first hour and then a workshop into the second hour. The workshop layout will look like: Reflection on previous month, A Focused topic on self growth with group discussion / journaling prompts, Planning into month ahead and setting some personal focuses for self.
LEAVE FEELING: Empowered, lighter, Reset, focused and motivated, organized and with a plan, grateful.
THIS IS: For all women. A sisterhood, community, a safe space, you time, accountability, motivation and a structured layout to help you stay on top of things that matter to you! (including yourself)
These will be virtual
These will also be recorded for those who can’t make it or can only join partially, or who just would like to revisit it.
